How It Works: Bulk Beef Ordering 🥩

Stock your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your family and friends! Every cut is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days, ensuring rich flavor and tenderness.

1. Choose Your Beef & Kill Date

  • Select a Quarter, Half, or Whole Beef and fill out your Cut Sheet Form to customize your order.

  • Choose a Kill Date at checkout. Orders are ready approximately 3 weeks after the Kill Date you select.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Price is based on hanging weight (the weight of the dressed animal before final butchering).

  • Typical hanging weights:

    • Quarter Beef: ~190-230 lbs

    • Half Beef: ~380-460 lbs

    • Whole Beef: ~760-920 lbs

  • Example Pricing:

    • A whole steer with an 850 lb hanging weight yields ~466 lbs of meat, costing approximately $9.13/lb in your freezer.

    • Your final yield depends on the specific animal and your cut sheet selections.

  • You will pay Forever Vos Farms for the animal AND processing fees.

    • 1/4 beef is $5.15/lb, hang weight. Includes processing 

    • 1/2 and whole is $5.05/lb, hang weight. Includes processing

  • A deposit is required at checkout, with the remaining balance due at pickup.

3. Butcher Processing & Packaging

  • The butcher will contact you to confirm your cutting specifications using the phone number provided with your order.

  • All meat is vacuum-sealed in Cryovac packaging for superior protection and long-term freezer storage.

  • Any cuts you do not select will be included in your ground beef (excluding organ meats).

4. Specialty & Smoked Products

  • Specialty/smoked items (like snack sticks, summer sausage, and premade burger patties) are NOT available on your cut sheet.

  • To ensure all specialty products are made exclusively with our beef, they must be purchased separately.

  • Special Offer: Customers who order a ¼, ½, or whole beef receive exclusive pricing on specialty items at pickup.

5. Pickup & Final Payment

  • Your order will be ready approximately 3 weeks after your Kill Date.

  • We will notify you when your beef is ready, and you’ll pay the remaining balance at pickup.

6. Freezer Space Requirements

  • Quarter Beef: Requires ~4-5 cu ft

  • Half Beef: Requires ~8-10 cu ft

  • Whole Beef: Requires ~20 cu ft
