Kate is getting ready for two busy weeks of Irish dancing, but in between practices and recitals she still loves playing cowgirl. The other day after a recital she came home, changed into her chore clothes, and helped haul cattle to the local butcher. From Irish dancer to farm girl in minutes — that’s life at Forever Vos Farms.
For St. Patrick’s Day weekend we will have a limited supply of corned beef available — both flats and points — for $9.99 per pound
No holds and no pre-orders — simply first come, first serve.

Our corned beef is prepared by Jeff Schmalfeldt at Wilson Farm Meats, Inc., who has been in the meat business almost as long as I’ve been alive. Jeff has truly mastered his craft. Not only has he proven his recipes and quality to our customers over the years, but he has also produced award-winning products time and time again. We are blessed to work with Jeff and his team
If you're looking for a great St. Patrick’s meal, The Runaway Micropub and Nanobrewery will be serving homemade Irish stew made with Forever Vos Farms meats. Kate will also be performing her Irish dancing there on Saturday, March 14 starting at 5 PM.
